The Barbeque Paradise — Restaurant in Punjab

I read the good reviews and planned a visit, as I had to travel for a longer distance, few days back I called and asked for reservation, the person said between the timing you can just walk-in no reservation required.

Finally I planed the visit today with family, called again to check the time, person said we start closing at 4 and wrap up by 4:20 PM, I told them that I will be there between 3:15 - 3:30 PM hope that's okay? Got an affirmative answer.

Parked my car at exact 3:30PM, service guy says we can't serve you buffet, coz it's closed, I told him that I have especially called today morning to confirm and have come from a very long distance. He called to that person and got back to me saying sir you said 3:15 PM you didn't come hence we closed.

Seriously ...... you are telling a me who double checked, came from a distance that what closes at 4, closed at 3:30 coz I didn't turn up at 3:15PM.

Heights of unprofessional behavior, lies, lack of commitment, lack of customer service.

In fact when you enter any restaurant you feel the aroma of food, there was NON, indicating that they didn't even prepare it and were not ready for any guest.

Through this feedback I would like to give a general advice, do have a back up plan when you go there, you never know when you too are returned with no food, coz they will still not be prepared.

Also I am glad that I could not eat there, because with this kind of attitude and service don't know what they would have severed, stale / rotten food I guess, I thank God for making me go away from there, at the same time wishing and blessing owners...

Had an amazing time at Barbeque Paradise, Zirakpur, yesterday while celebrating our friend's birthday! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy yet lively, making it the perfect spot for a celebration. The highlight, of course, was the food. The barbecue spread was absolutely fantastic — every dish was flavorful, well-seasoned, and served at the perfect temperature. The variety of skewers, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, kept everyone’s taste buds excited throughout the meal. The grilled prawns and paneer tikka were personal favorites! What really made the experience memorable was the excellent service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always quick to refill our plates. I decided to celebrate my Kid's birthday here. it's my 3rd visit here the first 2 was good but this one was very disappointing. They have reduced their snacks items like salsa potato, I also didn't find some important items like Cauliflower in barbeque. Earlier they were serving 3-4 sauces now they served us only green chatni and Mayonnaise.

They told that last entry will be till 10:30 PM and we entered at 10:30 and after 20 mins they forced us to have dinner, they were in very hurry. If you want to close at 11 PM then please allow entry till 10 PM only so that one should get atleast 1 hour to enjoy barbeque, snacks and dinner. In 30 mins you were expecting us to finish everything.

At the end when we ask to bring the cake and start celebration only 1 member from staff come and he repeatedly asked everyone to come and clap but no one come which was very disrespectful.

If you want to competete with pirates of grill and barbeque nation please observe their services, professionalism and food. Keeping price lower than them will not work everytime. You had spoiled my kids birthday...
