The Chocolate Room zirakpur — Restaurant in Punjab

The chocolate room has opened it’s new franchise outlet in the developing area of Zirakpur (Sushma Infinium) which is cozy, pretty and the paintings on the walls are hand painted by the owner herself ❤️ TCR is serving mind blowing chocolaty desserts and a wide range of other cuisines say italian, mexican, continental and so on. They are also providing the customised hampers at customer’s demand. I recently visited the place and fell in love with it and I had the following:

To describe the experience in ratings or stars, i guess even 5 stars will fall short. From service to portions to taste and prices, everything seems to be genuine and apt. A must visit place.

They don't have more than 1 pastry option available anymore in store (based on multiple visits in the past) and the hot chocolate is average.

Sometimes their staff offers a slice cut from the cake when you buy pastry, whereas other days based on their mood, they deny.

Also, the quality of Belgium mini cake which is apparently the only thing they usually have available has detriorated.

Sad to say but if you are a regular, inconsistency in when the discount is applied and/or rejected can happen. Also, if there is a change in policy(within 2 days), a polite way to communite can be opted.

With a heavy heart, from a regular at all their stores to a never going to visit again customer. This place is not what...

The best chocolate room I have visited till date. Ambience and decor was at its best and innovative designs were used to bring up the outlet. It was well lit and lighting used at the right places to bring up the aesthetics of the outlet.

Good quality and spices / herbs were brilliant and fresh. All food was freshly cooked and served in the innovative manager. We ordered Exotic Garlic bread and Crunchy burger and woooo what brilliant taste it was .. the burger patty was too meaty and brilliant in taste.

Chocolates were brilliant in taste and was available in different shapes, letters and alphabets. I am visiting this outlet like every week now .. kudos...
