It proved to be a regrettable dining experience, marked by a series of disappointments that overshadowed any potential positives. From the first bite, it became evident that the food lacked the essential element that makes a meal enjoyable – flavor. The Amritsari kulcha, touted as a specialty, was decidedly average, failing to leave a lasting impression. The culinary letdown extended to the tea, a beverage one would assume to be a simple pleasure, yet it managed to disappoint with its subpar quality. The rawa masala dosa, a classic favorite, proved tasteless, leaving the palate longing for the authentic flavors it should have delivered. Compounding the culinary letdown was the customer service, which proved to be equally lackluster. The staff's apparent disinterest and lack of attentiveness only added to the overall sense of dissatisfaction. I visited this shop on 12 Sept and there are certain things you should prepare yourself for before visiting them. Non adherence of COVID 19 protocols : When I entered the shop, the guard at the gate didn't check my temperature, didn't sanitize my hands (he was holding the sanitizer, so couldn't do it myself) and didn't check anyone else for not wearing a mask. The boys who are packing the sweets at the counter were wearing the masks on Chin (Your sweets will certainly be Beard-free if not COVID free). Rude behaviour : When I asked them about mask, they were very arrogant and on being checked by the store manager, they wore their masks for not more than 2 minutes. During my visit of 15 mins, I had to complain to manager 5 times about their mask. The manager was a nice guy but rather than taking correcting measures about the above points, he tried to Sush me down and didn't say anything to those boys.

Next time you plan on visiting Sindhi's, my recommendation would be to travel an extra mile and visit the next nearest store or visit some other sweet shop (they are equally good). Better...

DONT EVER GO IN ZIRAKPUR BRANCH OF SINDHI SWEETS AND DONT EVER ORDER FROM IT... I have ordered breakfast of bedmi puri with alu sabzi from zirakpur branch Instead I got CHANA SABZI with puri Poorly cut salad with vinegar onion that they've washed with water to remove vinegars taste which is also stale from the last night I called them to complaint about it... 2 3 Poople talk to me and in very rude manner They told me to pay again only then they will send ALU SABZI otherwise not After lot of unnecessary talk one of them agreed to send alu sabzi they took my address but after 45 min of calling them they said we will not send until u order and pay again AND THAT PERSON WAS VERY RUDE AND TALKING DISRESPECTFULLY

WHAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT IS THERE IN SINDHI ZIRAKPUR... it's a known brand in food industry and people working for this branch are ruining it WOST...
