The staff is not just rude but are also unprofessional. All the customers were unhappy with the staff as their orders were either being mixed with others or were being served wrong cuisines. We had to wait for over 25 minutes only to give order. All the time we asked staff to take order, they said wait for some time, all are busy. However, most of them were sitting in a small room behind handwash area. Finally, one waiter asked me that if I am in hurry, I should make the payment first and take a token from the counter. This was surprising that nobody was doing so. However, i went to the cash counter and asked to take my order and advance payment. On this, the cashier said why I should pay in advance. He called the waiter and waiter asked him to collect cash. And then waiter took my payment receipt. I had ordered some south Indian cuisines and a plain Dosa was one of the orders. The waiter then asked me to take masala Dosa instead of plain Dosa. He said masala dosa is little expensive but he will give it to me for the same cost. I refused outright. I had seen that the waiter was serving a masala dosa to the table next to us but the customers said they had never ordered masala dosa. Nobody took their masala dosa, and they wanted to serve it to me. I had asked to pack idli sambhar but waiter served it in the plates. I said I had asked for packing, on which he became upset and took the plates so arrogantly. This is how this restaurant functions. We recently celebrated our daughter’s first birthday at Bikanervala, and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, festive, and family-friendly – exactly what we wanted for such a special milestone.

The food was absolutely top-notch – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our guests were raving about the variety and taste, especially the chaats, snacks, and desserts. Everything was served on time, and the quality remained consistent throughout the event.

A special mention to Jai Grover, the manager, who truly went above and beyond. His professionalism, attention to detail, and calm demeanor made the whole planning process and event day feel completely stress-free. He was always available, checked in with us regularly, and ensured everything ran like clockwork.

The entire Bikanervala team was courteous, well-coordinated, and super efficient. From the service staff to the kitchen team, everyone played a part in making our celebration smooth and memorable.

If there is option for zero I would go for that..worst service,only 2 servers are on floor when restaurant is full and they are serving navratra special food..we ordered veg platter,one navratra thali,2masala dosa..So Lemme start from entrance surprisingly no one offer us table lastly we found out own table we took some our own chair and than we asked to clean the table,after that we only asked to place r order..they ordered main first and for get our starters,when we asked for same they said we are Lil busy thatswhy order are not course wise .. And after 50 minutes they served veg platter and server run to another table we have are platter and we are ready to left without having main course,on bill counter server informed us that your baby Nan and daal from platter is pending shall I packed for u,I mean seriously 😒😳..

Now my question is to the management of bikanerwala is ever they visited their resturant and asked staff what is the issue they are facing...if not pls do visit and check your staff length for particular...
