This restaurant is a charmingly undiscovered gem that offers a delightful dining experience in a spacious, well-ventilated environment with a warm and inviting ambiance. It features both an extensive vegetarian and a mouthwatering non-vegetarian buffet; I opted for the vegetarian selection, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The buffet was a vibrant and diverse feast, beginning with an impressive array of starters such as dahi golgappas, regular golgappas, papdi chaat, and crispy corn, alongside delectable dishes like hara bhara kebabs, cheese chilly, cajun potatoes, farmhouse pizza, french fries and honey chilly potatoes. The white sauce pasta, paired with perfectly toasted garlic bread, was exceptionally creamy and flavorful, while the stuffed cottage cheese with spinach and corn was a standout dish with its deliciously seasoned filling. The BBQ menu was equally impressive, offering succulent tikkas, soya, and tender grilled mushrooms. Each dish was expertly seasoned, delivering a delightful balance of robust flavors. The main course presented an enticing selection of rich dishes: two varieties of dal, creamy paneer butter masala, flavorful spinach paneer, tangy kadhi pakora, methi malai matar, steamed rice and fragrant peas pulao. Hakka noodles and Manchurian added a touch of variety, with each dish brimming with delectable and distinctive flavors. There were also crispy roasted papad, a selection of fresh, vibrant salads, and tangy raitas, adding delightful textures and flavors to the meal. The dessert section was a highlight, featuring indulgent Indian sweets like luscious moong dal halwa, the unique and intriguing mirch halwa, and a show-stealing rabri falooda. This was complemented by a tempting selection of pastries, brownies, and chocolates. Adding to the sweet experience were their creamy, smooth ice creams, which came in a variety of rich and tantalizing flavors, making for a perfect ending to the meal. The drinks were complementary, and while I opted for a fresh lime, it was slightly too sweet for my taste. However, the attentive and accommodating staff were more than willing to adjust it if needed. Their dedication to exceptional service was evident, as they frequently checked to ensure that we were thoroughly pleased with our meal. They also offer enticing deals during festive seasons and provide attractive discounts for birthday and kitty parties, making it an ideal and versatile venue for celebrations. With its remarkable buffet and outstanding value, this place delivers an unforgettable dining experience that truly impresses. I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable and flavorful culinary...
Read moreI recently had the opportunity to dine at Termerica's buffet, and my experience was quite mixed. While there were several aspects I enjoyed, there were also a few areas that could use improvement.
Starting with the positives, the variety of dishes offered was impressive. The buffet featured a wide range of options, from traditional Indian cuisine to contemporary fusion dishes. The presentation of the food was appealing, and the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in many of the dishes. The spice levels were well-balanced, and the flavors were rich and authentic, particularly in dishes like the butter chicken and paneer tikka.
The ambiance of Termerica was another highlight. The decor is modern and stylish, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The seating arrangement was comfortable and spacious, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, frequently checking in to ensure that we had everything we needed.
However, there were several areas where the buffet fell short. One significant issue was the temperature of the food. Some of the hot dishes were lukewarm at best, which detracted from their overall enjoyment. Ensuring that all items are kept at the appropriate temperature would greatly improve the dining experience.
Additionally, while the variety was commendable, the quality of some items was inconsistent. For instance, the naan bread was dry and lacked the softness and fluffiness one would expect. Similarly, some of the appetizers were overcooked and lacked the fresh, vibrant flavors of the main dishes.
Another area for improvement is the dessert section. While there was a decent selection, many of the desserts were overly sweet and lacked the delicate balance of flavors that characterize great Indian sweets. Offering a broader range of flavors and textures would make the dessert experience more enjoyable.
Lastly, the pricing of the buffet was on the higher side. While I understand that quality ingredients and a wide selection justify a higher price point, the inconsistencies in food quality made it feel somewhat overpriced.
In summary, Termerica's buffet offers a wide variety of dishes in a pleasant environment, with friendly and attentive service. However, improvements in food temperature, consistency, and dessert offerings, along with a slight...
Read moreI had my dinner with my Family at Termerica in August 17, 2024, one of the very few promising restaurant nearby. It was a wonderful experience to have our buffet dinner. First of all, the ambience of the restaurant is very good. All the staff members of the restaurant are very nice. I remember m, Rawat Ji gave us a very warm welcome to the restaurant. Service at restaurant is also very nice. I recall and must mention, in particular, the wonderful services provided by Ms Sneha while serving us food. She is always smiling and served us cheerfully whatever we requested. I also remember she arranged for a special dish of chilli chicken, my son preferred and we enjoyed it, a lot. Nonetheless, the other staff member who was serving gappe and dahi bhala is equally praiseworthy. Both the items are really very nice Buffet menu available in dinner has several options and I must say it is very competitive and all are tasty, indeed. I must recommend all to this beautiful restaurant for buffet dinner as...
