I had an awful experience at this café, and I strongly urge others to avoid it. First off, there was no one to take my order when I arrived. I had to search for someone, which was incredibly inconvenient. Despite being the only customer, it took them a ridiculous 30 minutes to prepare a single sandwich. It was obvious why: the staff was too busy giggling and goofing off to focus on making my food.

What shocked me the most was the complete disregard for hygiene. The staff used their bare hands to make the sandwich, touching the food right after scratching themselves and touching other parts of their bodies. This is absolutely unacceptable.

To top it off, the service was terrible, and when the sandwich finally arrived, it was burnt. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Super Donut. Please save your time and money—don’t bother...

The staff is unskilled, and the person cooking seems to be still figuring things out. The food is often stale, and the drinks are a disappointment. Save your money, there are plenty of better options in this city. This place is terrible,

I had a very disappointing and disgusting experience with them, as I have ordered from them and received in a improper packaging everything was messy . Also, there was a hair in the food, such unhygienic food making. That is going to be my last experience with them as I cannot afford to be disgusted again if anything else found in the food. Hope anyone whoever going to be purchasing anything from them will make sure the food is clean otherwise it can make someone sick.. So please make you thing before buying...
