I am a frequent traveler and work in sales, and over the years, I’ve consistently chosen Biryani by Killo Abner Khanna whenever I crave an authentic and satisfying meal. No matter where I’ve been, the brand has always delivered on quality, taste, and the nostalgia it brings from my '60s-style food preferences.

However, my recent experience with the Biryani Billo outlet in Jalandhar was highly disappointing. The food I received was far from what I’ve come to expect from this brand. It lacked the authenticity, taste, and presentation that are usually the hallmark of your offerings.

This was not just a minor slip – the food felt substandard, almost as if quality was not a concern at this location. It’s unfortunate, but the experience gave the impression that this outlet caters more to a late-night, intoxicated crowd rather than loyal, discerning customers.

I had an opportunity to eat the chicken biryani twice. The good part is that the packaging is good and the taste is good in many ways. The quality of rice is basmati. The taste has the saundapan of a mud vessel. Now the not so good part. The cost of this biryani is very very high and the quantity is not enough for one leave alone two.
