PATHETIC SERVICE from BLUES BAKERS AMRITSAR. we ordered chocolate truffle cake and when we get home and opened the cake for the kids birthday, the cake was some other choco chips. called the owner updated about the wrong order being packed. he said you were not in front when it was getting packed. told him after placing the order I took the kids outside. he asked the name is correct on the cake. told him yes it is, so he said the name was written in front of you, so told him your workers told us to write the name on paper what we did. He said he will replace the cake and told me to collect the cake. I came all the way from Fatehgarh Churian to collect the cake, so told him it is their mistake and to deliver the cake at home, he become angry and said he will not deliver that far, told him it is there fault, if it's been my fault I would have gone there still he didn't even bother. He said for Rs. 800 he will not send the person that far. Also told him I will come half way still he said he will not do it and said to through the cake and he will give the refund. He is earning from food and he don't give respect to the food. the person who don't value the food, I don't give them any respect. They are not taking any accountability for their mistakes. Please don't leave the order upto them. I know they will delete this review but this is not the only place I am going to write this review. I will do this on other platforms as well. Better to look at other places with good customer service. I told him to do it for customer satisfaction. He bluntly refused. He first said sorry told him to deliver the cake and he asked me if I had any thing for customer satisfaction. Updated him that for customer satisfaction I had delivered the order from Jalandhar to Chandigarh. He said the value of your order would be high, told him the value of our order was Rs. 1500 but we vouch for the quality so spend Rs. 3000 worth of fuel to deliver the product to make sure the customer is satisfied and that customer is still connected with me for more than 20 years. Blues Bakers Amritsar can't make it to 21 kms. He said you do what you want to do he don't care so told him I will write the truth and my fellow citizens will let you...

Unethical and inhuman!

I would like to share my experience with Blue bakers recently. I ordered a customize oreo cheesecake with them. I specifically asked them, if they will able to make it or not, as I wanted to be sure. As it was 2kg cheesecake, the amount they quote was 2500 INR. I agreed to pay the amount. And the cake which I received was a disaster. And when I complaint them, they played sympathy card by targeting the employee who baked the cake.

It's understandable that sometime things can go wrong. But the way they choose to deal with it was very unethical. They told me if I want the money refund, they will have to deduct it from the employee who has baked the cake. This is very inhuman and unethical. Being a reputed bakery shop in amritsar, it was disappointing to expect such things.

It might be known cake shop according to other people reviews. But according to me we should not encourage such shop which don't respect their employees and customer and are so money minded that they lost their humanity.
