Ordered A Fresh Fruit Cake - 1KG and what was received was Blue Berry Cake - 1 KG, Major fiasco to the surprise we had planned for my Mom- Dad's Marriage Anniversary...Personalized message was asked to be written and see what just has been done on this poor cake...People have no feelings left i guess... they royally spoiled the event / mood with such nasty behavior and casual attitude? box was tore too ... A complaint was made to the owner that we have received wrong delivery, very casually the owner mentioned that you will get your money from zomatoe and now we cannot do anything...LESSON Learnt i shall never order cakes ever from this particular bakery... place was very peaceful and very eyecatching and enjoyable for couples. Located in lawrence road has very good ambience. The food very tempting and delicious.
