Burger King — Restaurant in Punjab

My Worst Ever experinence of Burger King. I ordered from the table QR and then it was showing preparing in screen. After some time it showed order is ready, when I approached the table they ignored me and not replying to my query I asked them that please give me the order as it shows ready on the screen Person Named Amanpreet told me that It will be served to my table. I waited some time and it disappread from the screen. When I again approached the couter after 15 min he didn't reply. When I asked him that please let me know about my order or give refund. He loudly told me take your refund. I confeonted him with a busy counter where people were repeatly asking for help. He then shouted on me "Haan kya ho gya" and then I told him to watch his tone then he ran to Kitchen ignoring the conversation as people were asking for their orders as well. I ordered at 9:00pm and received my order by asking the manager to please give me the order and I asked for good 10 times to get this order. Burger King shame on you for this experience and I will never go or order from Burger King.

Very Very unprofessional and rude people. first they sent me stale , cold food then gave me stupid excuses about how my food become cold. when I asked them to transfer my call to there manager firstly the girl put my call on hold and went i was on call for 5 min waiting then 2nd time the person that manager is not available he's out, talking to other customer an all stupid reasons. I dnt understand when we are paying full anount why the hell you guys don't deliver good quality food. 😑 every single time why we have to suffer from this. and why don't you educate your staff to be little polite and behave in normal manner. the manager is very rude and unprofessional.
