It was my husband's birthday. We are following xerodegree on Instagram and found some good shapes and new offers there. We confirmed from the given number about offers in Zirakpur branch, they told us 2 offers Regular pizza free with large pizza Tempting tuesday offers of combo coller+ 1 burger/fries/nachos We reconfirmed the offer before placing the order, to our surprise, team denied the offers. Marketing team again confirmed the same offers, the team at Zirakpur again denied and started fighting among themselves and raised the music volume so that we cannot listen to it.

This was first time in zero degree Zirakpur. So I went there and ordered cheese fries and veg pizza. I am pure veg and the staff their brought non veg pizza on my table and they didn't even told me. And then their manager is like I am sorry , can I pack something for you ( he was trying to give me some food for free so I don't tell other vegetarians about this thing and I denied.) First we ordered sliders which were pretty good then came cheese garlic bread it was also nice but both dishes were decent in taste not anything different or special according to the price. Then came mix sauce pasta it was absolutely blank in taste, quality of ingredients was good but sorry to say NO TASTE at all. It was a little disappointing. Service is a little slow but staff is very polite and sweet. Prices are somewhat not justified. We paid around 500 rs for each member which we thought was costly.
