The Brew Estate Zirakpur — Restaurant in Punjab

Visited exactly at 10:05 PM on Saurday night. Everything was fine. Hostess sat us(two people) at a table, which was dirty with food splatters. Funny enough, nobody bothered to take our order or even clean the table until 10:20. I understand the food industry can get complex and hectic in peak hours, but ignoring hygiene is a no-go. Finally, at 10:30, orders were taken, and even then, we didn't get anything. As a microbrewery, pouring beers should be the highlight, but unfortunately, this was not the case. After waiting 20 more minutes, at 10:50, and getting disrespected as guests, I asked for the manager, but nobody came. The server started making excuses that our order accidently went to another table. Nice one, but that's the specific reason why we have a Point of Sale system with table numbers and tabs. After enough of this, we decided to walk out.

But finally, the manager showed up and assured us we'll be taken care of. Credit where it's due, the manager actually was friendly and personally served us the drinks. But after that, it was nothing but a waiting game. Remember, our order was placed at 10:30 PM, and despite that, we were not served any food, and neither did any server bother to check on us. After having enough of this, we finally decided to leave at 11:20 PM. We bumped into the manager as we were leaving and asked us to resolve the issue. But at this point, the situation was beyond that.

In brief, we had to wait 45 minutes to get a beer at a proclaimed microbrewery and an additional 30 minutes to NOT get our food. 1 hour and 20 minutes of utter disgrace. I'd have much more appreciated if the staff was honest that they are busy and can't take any more guests.

It's truly a shame. I would never visit again and highly recommend to others that you should avoid this...

With opening of another outlet in Tricity, it has extended its most loved freshly brewed beer and some scrumptious food & drinks to set your party vibe here in Zirakpur. Startling interiors, beautiful rooftop view and elegant ambiance is what takes their multicuisine menu and dainty drinks to another level. Not just finger foods but main course items and even drinks prepared with molecular gastronomy, they’ve mastered it all. The staff is exceptionally highbrow and very welcoming. Special mention to Shyam for being an amazing bartender for our visit. Some of preparations I got a taste of from their soft launch which I totally recommend would be-

Good ambience. Hygienic, clean and well maintained restobar. Live music started almost after an HR (9Pm) on Sunday evening But good singers, the only thing we enjoyed at this place. Overpriced for the quality and quantity they serve. We ordered classic shashlik chicken sizzler which unexpectedly turned out to be a BUTTER SIZZLER which we had to leave almost half as it was full of oily ( too much to eat) never experienced such a buttery sizzler in my life. Then we ordered chicken lababdar which tasted good but had a very small portion (didn't justify it's price) Service was good but the chef was quite convinced of the BUTTER QUANTITY HE USED IN HIS SIZZLER I THINK HE NEEDS TO TRY IT AT SOME GOOD PLACES. WE surely have better places in Zirakpur area to visit for this kinda...
