Captain Sam's — Restaurant in Punjab

I love pizza and I was looking for a place to try some new varieties. I came across Captain Sam's in Sector 70, Mohali and decided to give it a try. I heard that it also offers unlimited pizza.

The cost of unlimited pizza was 399 including tax for adults. They charged an additional 50 rs for a water bottle and 79 rs (without tax) for one glass of colddrink. However they also have a pitcher worth rs 179 (without tax)

Unlimited pizza menu offers - soups, 3 types of pizza and 2 types of breads and one dessert which is mostly brownie with icecream.

First we got hot and sour soup, they was also having tomato soup.

Then breads and followed by Pizza. All was fantastic. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, and it was delicious. The crust was thick and soft, the cheese was gooey and the toppings were generous and flavorful.

I also tried their chocolate ice cream brownie for dessert, but it was not good. The brownie was hard.

The service was not that impressive but it was friendly, and the ambience was good and casual. I had a great time at Captain Sam's and I would recommend it to anyone who loves pizza. However to their management I suggest to improve the service time.

Ambient - good Music - not bad Food: Salad was good and of great variety and quality. In my view this is the best part of food being served here. Although it was not at all hygienic in my view, as I saw many fruit flies hovering over there. Pizza - not of great quality, I will not at all recommend this place for pizza, rather I will suggest lapinoz, dominoz etc. Cold drink - you can try some packaged drink there which may be new to you, I found them Just Good, so worth trying. Coke etc also served there and nothing is special about them. Crowd - mostly crowded on holidays and weekends, but don't worry if you want to give it a try, juat go there and they will find a space for you, you will not have to wait for a seat, mostly. Staff and service - if you are there for buffet, don't worry they will serve you way much more than you eat or sometimes they will serve you without asking you. Nothing worth Bad experience of daughter’s birthday. Point to note before finalising. Firstly take everything in writing ( later on they refuse eg tattoo artist booking amount ) Count each and everything including cold drinks glasses served and ice cream at the end) Ask for discount at the time of booking, later on they refuse just by saying “ GST chodd to diya etc etc Very bad arrangement of Electricity. In every ten minutes it’s on and off. They said generator chala to diya or phase ki problem hai. While booking for kids, keep in mind the age of kids whether young one ( less then 2 years )are exempted or not. Service is very poor ( no body picks the trash in between) No arrangement of disposal of used plates. Keep Laying on tables. Don’t give any money to magicians as they keep it just by saying it is a trick. Prefer small note if required or learn the trick of opening the box...
