Chai Churi Zirakpur — Restaurant in Punjab

I had a very disappointing experience at this café. The place was extremely dirty, with flies all around, which already made the environment unhygienic and unpleasant. To add to this, when I paid in cash and asked for my change back, the person at the counter (wearing a black cap) outright denied giving it. When I questioned him again, he shockingly said that the owner had instructed not to return change to customers. I have never heard of such an absurd and unprofessional practice in my life.

The food was equally poor. I ordered fries, and the portion was inconsistent – some were hot and crisp, while others were soggy and not even edible. They had clearly mixed both in one serving. Even the burger buns were soggy and unappetizing.

Though the amount of money withheld was not large, this practice combined with the unhygienic environment and substandard food made my entire experience terrible. Definitely not a place...

I used to visit Desi Urban Chai regularly for flavoured tea but last time I came across Chai Churi board & visited the same to check the taste. It is more expensive than Desi Urban & the taste is also different.
