Worst experience with these people,

I have ordered plant and two more gifts for my friend on special occasion, because they claimed one day express delivery option, so i ordered in 2 pm to 6 pm slot, and i paid extra 149 bucks for express delivery option, moreover they removed coupon at the time of payment, i thought at that it's fine because i was in rush to send the gift, i waited till 10 pm and they didn't delivered, i tried calling them bt they never picked any of my call, i texted on their website but bot answer my questions, and it was pathetic. The crux and lesson with this episode that these small businesses aren't reliable, they claim big n serve tiny, eventually it is a fraud and these people think that customer will do nothing on this minute things, bt i am going to file complaint against these people, in consumer court because it is clear cut fraud because firstly they claim delivery in few hours, secondly they charge for that and lastly they don't deliver and not answer any query.

p.s- anyone thinking of buying any stuff online form this website in one day, read my story first, and avoid these small online websites, because they can't do...

WORST PLACE TO ORDER A CAKE. It was my mom's birthday and they perfectly ruined it. The cake looked like a child has made it and written a message on it (attached pictures for proof). It had melted, the design on it was pathetic, we later tasted it and it was bad in taste and had a weird onion-ish smell coming from it. What's worse is I spent 2 hours chatting with 10 different customer service volunteers and even mailed them my complaint and pictures but nothing happened. I had to explain the problem again every time a new person joined the chat. Eventually had to buy a whole new cake because how can someone go with this joke of a cake?? I paid ₹1000 for this. These people will deliver the worst quality product and then test you patience ON YOUR SPECIAL DAY. Total waste of money and peace of mind. I want to give ZERO STARS but that is not an option! This place is a scam.

Edit: I contacted them after they replied to my google review (👇🏻) and they offered ₹150 as goodwill for a ₹1000 damaged cake that we literally had to throw away because it didn't just look bad, it tasted bad too. Urging you strongly to not waste...

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience trying to order a custom birthday cake. I contacted the bakery with specific requirements, but the communication was confusing and unprofessional. Multiple workers were involved in the process, each providing conflicting information. One said the cake would be ready on time, another claimed the ribbon would not match the design I requested, and yet another mentioned that while they would try, there were no guarantees the cake would look good.

This lack of clarity and assurance left me feeling uncertain about the outcome. It was disappointing to see such poor coordination and lack of confidence from the team. Customer service and professionalism are key, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that.
