We had bad experience with this restaurant last night. We are tourists to explore Amritsar. We ordered food through zomato last night. Waited for more than 2 hours . After that got message from zomato that our delivery was failed . I called chowlas 2 restaurant to know more about this. I requested the restaurant guy to checki and deliver the food. Me and 2 kids were very hungry after wagha border travel. The restaurant guys didn’t even listen what I am saying and cut the call. Moreover He was very rude in talk and told me to contact zomato for this. Chawla - Ranjit Avenue B Block, Amritsar

I recently ordered a full plate of Cheese Chilly from Chawla for home delivery, but what I received was a quarter plate instead. When I called to address this issue, I was informed that the portion I received is what they consider a full plate. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a scam.

The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised my complaint. It is disappointing to see such dishonest practices and a lack of support for customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and honest service. Save your money and look elsewhere...
