Da Like Italy — Restaurant in Punjab

I recently visited Da Like Italy, a restaurant nestled inside Nexus Mall, with high expectations fueled by the consistent buzz surrounding it. I'm pleased to report that, while not perfect, my experience was undoubtedly enjoyable.

We ordered three items: French fries, Zinger Mint, and Hakka noodles. The French fries were cooked well but could have done with a lighter hand on the salt. The Zinger Mint, on the other hand, was an absolute showstopper – the flavors were expertly balanced, and the dish was both refreshing and invigorating. The Hakka noodles were also good, with a delightful texture and savory flavor.

The ambiance is decidedly basic, lacking the wow factor one might expect from a popular eatery. However, the excellent food more than makes up for this shortcoming.

Overall, my experience at Da Like Italy was a resounding success, earning it a solid 4-star rating. While there's room for improvement, particularly in terms of ambiance, the restaurant's culinary prowess is undeniable. If you're a foodie looking for a satisfying meal, Da Like Italy is definitely worth a visit. Just don't expect to be dazzled...

I visited Like Italy in Mall of Amritsar. Though ambience seems good and the reason we visited it. The service is very very slow. Staff’s body language is also very lethargic. We placed an order and it seemed forever to get the food. I literally had to get up to follow up for order. Even after that the food came and specific instructions related to dietary restrictions were ignored. When we asked the server he nonchalantly said you did not mention about it for all items. Amazed how he thought that the person with restrictions will eat only 1 out of 3 items ordered. Furthermore, when we said we would not eat after waiting for almost an hour they said you will have to pay for the food. Though, I did not pay since I did not eat because of their mistake, we had to put our foot down. Do NOT go there if you need timely food or customer centricity. The experience was dampened by service and behaviour of 1 male staff member who did not mind even intimidating and arguing...

Like Italy is actually like Italy. This is A PERFECT PLACE TO HAVE Italian food. Amazing Decor with light music, Co operative staff. They have wood fire oven for pizzas. I used to visit there frequently and latest i visited there almost 3 months ago. They have a well defined Italian menu with light drinks. I usually order Pasta Verdure Pene it consist of vegetables like Broccoli, Zucchini, Capsicums, Black Olives etc.. Pizza is another amazing item i had there they offer a thin crust pizza which is actually fantastic Then Mint Mojito is classy drink if you wish to have... As this place is in Mall of Amritsar so it is easy to find. it is affordable as well. I ordered Pasta Verdure Pene with 2 Mint Mojitos and Garlic bred which cost me around 600 INR.
