I had a truly awful experience at KFC in Alpha Mall. After placing an order, my payment was processed, but the order wasn't received. Despite showing proof of the transaction to customer service, I was told to reorder with the promise of a refund within 24 hours. Neither the order nor the refund materialized. To make matters worse, the staff provided an incorrect contact number. After finding their another number online and contacting them, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. Worst experience ever, the management is doing fraudulent activities as they know most of their customers came from foreign countries or from far away places their kios machine was deducting the money but not placing the order in kitchen and staff was giving wrong contact information to the customers which was totally wrong and even if customer showed them the proof of payment still they told us to reorder the food and we did it and staff told that payment will be refunded in 24 hours but it didn’t happen.
