Darshan Lal Kulche Wala in Amritsar is a hidden gem for those who love authentic Punjabi street food. Famous for its Aalu Wala Kulcha, this place serves one of the most flavorful and satisfying meals in the city. The kulchas are tandoor-baked with a generous stuffing of spiced mashed potatoes, making them crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful inside.

Each kulcha is served hot and fresh, paired perfectly with white chana (chole) that are mildly spiced yet full of flavor. The tangy onion salad and green chutney on the side make it a complete and mouth-watering Punjabi platter.
Despite being a small, local shop, the hygiene is well-maintained, and the service is quick and friendly. The prices are affordable, making it a popular spot for both locals and tourists.
