I have been a regular at your outlets. Yesterday, I visited your Sunny Enclave, Kharar,Mohali outlet in the evening along with my family. Firstly, the AC was switched off and it was suffocating inside. We had to repeatedly ask the staff to switch it on. There was no issue with the electricity supply in the store. Then, when we placed the order, it was told that the cold drink will be available only in the glasses. There were no bottles available. When we enquired about the cold drink bottles kept in the refrigerator, it was told that they are for delivery orders only. Even after insisting, the bottles were not provided. And the glass was priced at the same price of the bottle with a lesser quantity of cold drink. It is a very known fact that your company sells these cold drinks at an inflated price. What is available in the market for Rs. 40/- is sold at a price tag of Rs. 60/- and we are not allowed to bring from outside. Very clearly, it is just a cheap tactic to make more money. I contacted your call centre . The person who received the call was least interested in hearing me out and I had to repeat myself about 5 times. And the solution he offered was that "we can't do anything, you need to talk to the store". I suggest that you shut down the call centre if everything is to be sorted out at the store level. It was a very unpleasant experience and it ruined the celebration we had gone there for. I might never visit you after this. There are so many alternatives in market and I will definitely go...
Read moreHad ordered Non Veg Pizza along with 2 Chicken Pockets today, at the time of placing the order I was guaranteed 30 minutes delivery or else free of which I also have got SS's and messages. The order came in 12-13 minutes late and when I asked about the 30 minutes policy, they simply denied it. It was their Rider Sikander and other manager Manjeet Singh who at least knew how to talk to the customer and handled the situation really well. But initially when the rider made me talk to their other store manager ' Ms. Suman' and I told her that I have got all the required screenshots of timings and messages of applicable offer, it came to me as a blow when the so called lady manager not only misbehaved and argued but also had no knowledge about the Domino's policies. It felt like I owed something to her as she repeatedly argued rudely and asked me repeatedly to cancel the order and hardly cared either about the customer retention or the policy which Domino's claims to offer. Personally, have visited like more than 35 Domino's outlets across the country but never ever came across such kind of pathetic behavior that too from a store manager of globally renowned brand like Domino's who not only does not know how to speak to their customers but also have ZERO-Knowledge about their own policies. I'm extremely disappointed and shaken by the horrific experience I had with Domino's customer service. On 04/01/2025, I received a call from Mr. Tushar who introduced himself as the customer service head regarding my order no. 204, which quickly turned into a harassment ordeal.
Firstly they delivered a non vegetarian pizza at a house where non veg is prohibited and then this harassment was unacceptable.
The executive's behavior was appalling - threatening, belittling, and condescending. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was met with aggression and disrespect. The conversation left me feeling vulnerable and disrespected.
Despite contacting the store representative, the issue remains unresolved. I demand a thorough investigation, necessary actions against the executive involved, and improved customer service protocols to prevent such incidents.
Domino's, your lack of accountability and disregard for customer safety is alarming. Until you take concrete steps to address this, I'll make sure to share my horrific experience with everyone.
