I ordered from a Domino's store on Independence Day and to say that I was disappointed would be an understatement. The food I received was nothing short of a disaster. I opted for the Independence Day special coupon, and it seems like that was the root of the problem. The quality of the food was far from what I've come to expect from Domino's.

The garlic bread, which should have been a delight with its cheesy goodness, turned out to be a sad excuse for a snack. The cheese content was practically nonexistent, maybe a measly 2 percent at best. And don't even get me started on the stuffing – it was pitifully sparse, as if they had scraped together some leftovers from the bottom of the bin. It was a clear sign that the store had taken shortcuts just to cut costs and maximize profit.

What makes this experience even more disgraceful is the fact that this kind of abysmal quality was offered on a special occasion like Independence Day. It's disappointing to see a well-established chain like Domino's compromise its own standards in such a blatant manner. I've been a loyal customer of Domino's for a long time, and I've never encountered such a horrendous meal from any of their stores before.

To add insult to injury, this isn't the only issue I've faced at this particular store. On a previous visit, the cash counter wasn't operational, forcing customers to use the app for transactions. This inconvenience repeated itself several times, highlighting a consistent lack of proper management and service at this location.

It's evident that there are serious issues plaguing this Domino's store. I strongly advise against ordering from this particular branch until they can sort out their problems and bring their food quality and service back up to the expected standard. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I'm reconsidering my loyalty to the brand after this...

Unbelievable service witnessed!! I visited the store at VIP Re Zirakpur with my family on the Christmas evening. While I placed my order I was told that it will take some 30mins post which I can takeaway since dining facility was not available. I asked the staff to give the invoice to avoid any hassle while picking the order, but she denied stating that the order no. Would come via SMS. I waited out side the store in nearby vicinity.

After around half an hour I got a call that my order was ready and I may come to pick it up. When I reached to pick my order in about 5 mins, I was surprised to hear that there is no order placed by me. Alas I had to testify the same with the online payment receipt and the order nmbr recvd on SMS

After few rounds of discussion among the staff they told me that my order was handed over to someone else. And of course reasons wasn't told. I tried to speak to the supervisor, but could make out that she wasn't ready to face the situation when her team member Rajni (who had taken the order) shared my concern with her.

I was given no choice but to get the order re prepared "on priority". I had to chose it coz I had promised my kids for their wish to visit there on Christmas (won't be doing it in future).

I kept waiting at the counter for another 20-25 mins and there was no courteous staff member to have sympathised with my concern. I then had to request the team after the long wait to understand the scenario that my family was waiting outside and they had promised something called "priority"

Trust me this wasn't expected specially on the Christmas evening And cheers to Domino's for having lost a loyal customer
