KFC — Restaurant in Punjab

I was excited to see my fav KFC reopen after long! Visited today. Placed an order for 8 hot wings and a Pepsi and requested a fresh batch of food. The person that took the order at the counter assured she’ll get fresh pieces made. Within 5 mins she called us and handed over a stale batch. I returned the pieces asking her again to make a fresh batch. After waiting for 45 mins (order placed at 01:05 and now it was 01:50), I went to the counter to ask how long will my 8 pieces of hot wings take. The same woman said she doesn’t know and blamed another staff member. I went back after 5 mins, now not interested in food at all and asked for a refund. The manager confirmed with me thrice if I have received my order or not, as if blaming me for having eaten it and still asking for a refund. I asked for their feedback register and she asked someone else to fetch “koi bhi diary”. She handed me cash and did not apologise, instead started fighting with other staff members. I told them I’ll write a review on google and she said “haan daal do”. What happened to customer service, KFC?! Worst worst experience!

Had one of the best KFC eating experience. Chicken at this location was super fresh and tender. The staff was over their heads in lending a helping hand by delivering the complete order me at the up-Stairs sitting area.

More over I was the only one sitting on that floor The manager came up to me and asked specifically If the AC Temperature was satisfactory or they need to lower it down and have more cooler atmosphere.

When I was done eating the staff helped to even pack the left over to take home in a fresh box and that too with extra complementary things.

Hats off to the service and to a great cheerful and welcoming staff.

Would definitely visit them again and enjoy fine dining like experience on...

By far the worst delivery restaurant in VIP Road, Zirakpur. I have never ever had so many issues with any restaurant than this branch of KFC I ordered today 1 × HC Rice Bowl and when it came I had only plain rice in it there was no chicken so I contacted the customer care and they re-delivered the order but again when the rice bowl came it didn't have any chicken piece in it. Had such bad experiences 2 times before also Honestly speaking the employees are not good and just too rude they won't even refund the money back. After ordering from here for the past 3 years I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN and will make sure none of my people do too !! Honestly...
