Hops n Grains Kitchen & Brewery — Restaurant in Punjab

Hops n Grains Kitchen & Brewery was once among my favorite spots for a relaxed evening — known for its welcoming vibe, well-crafted beers, and quality service. Unfortunately, my recent experience painted a very different picture.

To my surprise, I was asked to pay separately for a small bowl of peanuts with my beer — something that good breweries typically offer as a complimentary gesture, often with unlimited refills. It’s a minor item, yes, but it reflects a larger shift in how the customer experience is being handled.

More concerning was the inattentiveness of the staff. My table was mistakenly served someone else’s order, indicating a lack of coordination and attentiveness that simply wasn’t the case in earlier visits. The food itself also lacked the same quality and flavor it once had, falling short of the standards Hops n Grains used to uphold.

This isn’t written out of frustration, but out of hope. I genuinely urge the management to take note of these issues and work toward restoring the excellence that once made this place stand out. Loyal customers like myself would love to see Hops n Grains return to its...

I would love to give it 5 stars, but im not giving just because they management is not adjusting and they try fill all the tables on 1 floor, though they have 2 floors, but when asked upon to sit on 2nd floor, manager just says its closed. Ok, so no issues here till now, we sat wherever they asked us to, but after a while, like 15-20mins later saw people going upstairs, i must say they never closed the damn floor but lied on the face so that they don't have to bother for another floor, maybe they lack man power in that case. But if r offering a place like Hops n Grains you can't be using so cheap tactics, it's the customers choice where he wants to sit, not the managements. Infact we even asked for a corner table which was empty though, but they refused us to seat there as well and said it's reserved, and guess what, nobody came on that table, it remained empty for the whole night, i didn't understand why they do this, but that's some mood off issues for customers. I usually don’t like to put a review for any business as they all are putting in their hard efforts to grow it.

But being a happy and regular client to Hops and Grains Panchkula I am forced to do so. As the Mohali outlet disappoints in every prospect.

food served was cold and tasteless Drums of heaven: no foil wrapped to bone and bland in taste chicken on. Fire , I suggest they should rename the dish to chicken on water as it was cold and tasteless likely it was served boiled.

Butter chicken and roti at the end was also disappointment .

in addition to all that beer was also a disappointment.

In total it was a complete wastage of money and more importantly your evening.
