La Pino'z Pizza Sector 67 Mohali — Restaurant in Punjab

I ordered a pizza from them. Called them directly. Asked them twice if they’ll have change, once before placing my order and once after being told my total and both times they assured me it won’t be an issue. order arrived 40 minutes later without any cash whatsoever. I asked the delivery person to send me the change via paytm. it’s been 20 minutes and i still haven’t received the change which was of ₹375. i would advise you to omit ordering from them because of their unprofessional behaviour. you wouldn’t want to risk getting yourself caught in these trashy situations with no fault of your own....

I would give them zero star rating but i had to give one before it allowed me to add my review. Anyway it was my third time i ordered 2 pizzas but i was heart broken when they didn't deliver it for more then 1hr and they had no interest in receiving calls or satisfying their customers by giving genuine reason for being late. Iam not ordering here next time, no matter how starving i would be. And yeah one more thing i can see same sort of reviews from last 6 months or so. That means they won't improve in near future. Have ordered their pizzas twice in last one month.. The good part The taste is better than the Domino's and pizza huts (more Punjabi tatse). The pricing is also better than established brands no doubt that La pinoz has expanded like anything in last five six years. Now The worst part Both times we had their pizzas, next day the tummy was upset very badly. All family members suffered for a day or two because of this.
