There are a few things I would like to give feedback on:

Why do we need to ask for a bill explicitly every time? Why is regular water not available at your restaurant? Upon asking, you mentioned that you do not have regular water. You are enforcing customers to purchase expensive sparkling water unnecessarily. I do not understand the concept of coming to your counter every time to place an order. Either make it fully self-service or provide waiter service to the table. Your preparation time is too long. Please try to shorten it.

P.S. How come most of your ratings are either 5 or 1? It looks like you have inflated...
