If you are on the hunt for some killer Chole Bhature, you have gotta check out this spot in Phase 10, Sector 64, Mohali. It’s been all over YouTube and Instagram, and I can totally see why.
First off, you can't miss the huge sign of the shop from a distance - it's pretty iconic. Plus, there's plenty of parking outside, which is a bonus. Now, when you walk in, the seating looks a bit cramped, but don’t rush to judgment! Just take a stroll down the stairs to the basement AC area, where there’s way more room to relax and enjoy your meal. Just keep in mind that during busy times, you will need to grab a slip for your order and hand it over to the waitstaff when you are settled.
Their menu is small but solid, focusing mainly on their specialties: Chole Bhature, Bedmi Poori, and Kachoris. I went for the famous Chole Bhature, and it came out in about 10 minutes.Presented beautifully in a thali with two fluffy bhature and three compartments for chole, onion and mirchi salad, and green chutney, it was a feast for the eyes.Taking my first bite was pure bliss. The bhature was soft, non-greasy, and had a delightful hint of paneer. The chole? Some of the best I have tasted, rich in masala, they were neither overly spicy nor oily, with a thick, dark gravy that was just right. The combo of onion, green mirchi, and chutney with every bite was just the icing on the cake. The staff was super attentive, always checking in to make sure we were good. They even kept the accompaniments nearby for refills, which was a nice touch—no limits on that! What surprised me the most was how light I felt after the meal. You know how some Chole Bhature can leave you feeling heavy? Not this time! I walked out feeling satisfied but not stuffed. Honestly, this is hands down the best Chole Bhature I have had in Tricity. I have already been back three times, and it’s officially my go-to place. Can’t wait to try more items on the...

The bhature were fluffy and golden, with just the right amount of crispiness on the edges. And oh, the aroma! It was enough to make my mouth water. But the real delight was in the chole. They were perfectly spiced, with a rich and tangy gravy that complemented the softness of the bhature beautifully. Each bite was a burst of flavor, leaving me craving for more. Without a doubt, the chole bhature here are top-notch and definitely worth trying.
Now, let's move on to the kachori. The kachori itself was delicious - crispy, flaky, and filled with a flavorful stuffing that had me hooked from the first bite. However, the disappointment came with the accompanying sabji. While I had high hopes for it to elevate the kachori-eating experience, it fell short of expectations. The sabji lacked flavor and seemed to be missing that special something that would have tied the dish together. It felt like a missed opportunity to create a truly memorable...
Read moreTaste of food is excellent but too much waiting and no management at all of tables & chair and waiting guests. The persons whose token number was after our number took the order before we got. When we asked the staff, they were like we can't do anything and I had to ask atleast 7-8 times for lassi that I ordered with my food. They do all this because the orders here are prepaid and once paid, we cannot go back.
My suggestion to the management here is if you really want to be a successful outlet here, kindly do a good management of the orders and if you cannot manage that, then take Ala carte orders which are postpaid. So it won't be a hassle for the gusts. Because your food is good, only department you're lagging behind is...
