worst food i have ever tried.. i listened lot of good things about social heights and was very excited to go there but really unhappy with their service.. their staff doesn't know about their menu.. they didn't offer water as well we have to ask them about water and then only water bottle serve again we need to remind them about glasses... we order deluxe veg pizza (no veggies details mentioned on menu) as per staff it contains English veggies but we only found capsicum or mushroom no English veggies. also tried twin pasta sizzler they even don't know the difference between sizzler and pasta they only serve pasta when we advised to change they serve same pasta on sizzler tray.. how funny it was.. they are making us fool.. cost is too high with worst taste... will never visit this place again and never...

i have been there two times and i love the coffee there the food is great the place has a nice ambiance the service is good the staff is friendly but i guess they are not trained properly if u ask them for the specials... everything is great but the only thing that is not good about this place is the SERVICE CHARGE system!! they have mentioned in their menu a 10% SC and thats not their legal right to collect and neither they are mentioning it on the bill that this is optional. plz correct me if am wrong. sometimes 10% service charge is...

Went with friends, except one service guy , rest of the service people were grumpy , not knowing what their own menu is , confused in taking orders, for everything we had to ask the second person. Even for the billing it was confusing (not accepting credit card And asking for cash/Paytm) eventually they accepted card .. lol

Food was good especially chicken nachos.nice ambience ..service was horrible, it took 40 mins to get first snack to be served.

Avoid if you can until they improve level of...
