Behaviour of STAFF IS PATHETIC AND SHAMELESS. Rather Valuing their customer they ABUSE AND ARGUE.

Before this incident, i used to be regular customer of PIZZA ITALIA. I only used to visit their for italian cuisine, but what i faced yesterday was really shocking

My friend and i went for dine in. We were having our pizza and we ordered another slice at 10.45 pm , but we were refused to eat inside and were told to GO OUT and EAT REST OF THE MEAL OUTSIDE .

THE STAFF DIDN'T EVEN LET US TO EAT OUR DINNER PEACEFULLY AND CONTINUE TO DISRESPECT US

I have NEVER EVER faced this kind of behavior in any of the restaurant . So its my personal advice DON'T VISIT PIZZA ITALIA AGAIN FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SELF RESPECT, then only they will learn a lesson.

THE STAFF HAS REALLY DEVALUED THE WORTH OF THEIR CUSTOMER AND THE GOODWILL OF PIZZA ITALIA

When we warned the staff , that we shall complaint against him, then also shamelessly he told us ,he is not AFFRAID of anybody or any social media.

" I request the OWNER , to please look into the matter, otherwise REPUTATION & GOODWILL OF YOUR PIZZA ITALIA WILL SINK SOON , JUST BECAUSE OF YOUR SHAMELESS STAFF"

Very cheap place for pizza 🍕. Dont waste your time and money . Behaviour of staff is very very very rude . And abusing . They dont know the value of customers Just reviewing about Ranjit Avenue branch . I will explain you the story I regular customer of pizza italia . What we faced today is we visited pizza italia today . While dine in we ordered one more slice at 10.45 pm what the staff said us that , the slice which u ordered go out and eat . You dont have authority to sit here Which i have never experianced yet before in any restaurants . So its advice dont go there if you have self respect. Visited this place after reading good reviews but got disappointed as they mentioned that serve thin crust pizza but got mix of normal pan pizza and thin crust pizza. The taste of pizza was also not that good rather we can say it was like pizza made in Indian moms at home. I would say if name of the shop was changed from Pizza Italia to Desi Pizza I would have thought the justified taste of it. But yeah I would recommend them to make the service fast and specially the staff should be welcoming the customer with smile and use the property like washrooms even when you are having last order placed to them. Need lots of improvement on service and behavior part...
