Punjab Grill CP67 Mall, Mohali — Restaurant in Punjab

I went to CP-67 Mall Mohali with my family for dinner and our life’s worst decision to have dinner at ‘PUNJAB GRILL’ restaurant run by M/s LITE BITE FOODS PVT LTD. It was so horrible nightmare ridiculous experience perfectly fit in this old Indian quote “unchi dukan fika pakwan” “ऊँची दुकान फीका पकवान” its not only fika it’s a crime against humanity what they did to us, they sever us leftover 5 mutton bones in new gravy, can you just believe what you just read “leftover 5 mutton pieces” in dish name “LAAL MAANS FULL” COST 945 + GST + SERVICE CHAREGS. The day was 09 Jan 2025 we went ‘PUNJAB GRILL RESTAURANT’ at CP-67 Mall Mohali. We order for Mutton Raan pathetic people serve us boneless plan small 6 pieces of mutton ‘simple mutton’ & billed us for Rs. 1595+10% service charge+GST, they named this dish BIG Raan-e-sikandari (Full), horrible & shameful act to server 6 pieces of mutton and billed them for expensive dish costing customer for Rs. 1843. The perfect shameful act was in gravy mutton dish again they named this dish BIG “Laal Maans Full” we ask Sr-manager cum waiter, serve us your best gravy mutton, and to the heights of shame the serve us leftover 5 mutton bones in thick gravy, literally 5 small bones without any ‘mass’ any mutton on them, now on this we call the Sr-manager cum waiter show him the bone pieces still in serving Boul, now he said let me change it, he came back with same dish after 10 min just & change 2 pieces from out of 5 pieces, serving customers leftovers how can they even justify this act of cruelty. They serve us 1 Simple ‘Aloo pyaaz kulcha’ in size its only 4 inch by 4 inch & billed us Rs. 395 + 10% service charges + GST. Just लूट मचा रखी है. They billed us Rs. 230+10% service charges +GST for simple roti. Not only this when I ask them about “10% service charges extra above bill amount Rs. 349” after this horrible, pathetic & cruel service & actions to my family dinner the Sr. manger said its company policy, and we left the restaurant with tip in bill book, and just pray to God for them ki भगवान आपको...

Review of Punjab Grill at CP 67 Mall, Mohali:

My recent dining experience at Punjab Grill in CP 67 Mall, Mohali, left much to be desired. Despite ordering chef special items, the food was disappointingly lackluster. The staple Punjabi dish, Dal Makhani, was a letdown with undercooked dal, lacking in flavor, and devoid of proper tempering. The Nadru Ki Tikki tasted bitter and lacked any discernible flavor profile, while the Paneer Tikka failed to impress with its lackluster preparation. Even the mint chutney accompanying the dishes fell short of expectations.

Service was another area of concern, with waiters appearing busy and forgetful, leading to a subpar dining experience. Adding to the disappointment was the restaurant's inclusion of a service charge in the bill, which felt unjustified given the quality of service rendered.

Overall, my visit to Punjab Grill at CP 67 Mall was marred by poor food quality and lackluster service. It's disheartening when a restaurant fails to deliver on its promise of culinary excellence, especially when diners opt for their chef's...

Really really bad food, so here it goes. We ordered Paneer Tikka Multani and the Paneer was probably stale and had some sort of different taste. Before ordering the main course I shared this with the guy who was serving us to check in the kitchen for Paneer and he said yes mam there was a problem with that but in main course it won’t be the same marinated paneer so you can order it (they still charged for Paneer Tikka). Then we ordered Dal Makhani and Paneer Makhani which the server recommended as I confirmed if this would be like a butter chicken gravy he said yes, trust me both dal and Paneer dish were totally tasteless, Paneer was super sweet with no flavours and dal was tasteless for which we asked for salt n pepper to make it palatable. Overall very bad experience if you want to try Punjab Grill go to the one in Delhi or Gurgaon. Our bill was ₹8200 for drinks n food but considering the food it was a waste of money. Thankfully I had a Swiggy coupon which saved some money but still pathetic...
