The cappuccino tasted like it was made from a second shot, and the cold coffee was no better. No one even asked which type of milk I preferred for the cold coffee, which is basic courtesy at any decent café. The staff was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in customer service. Not once did anyone check on the order or offer help. To top it off, the AC wasn’t working, making the café hot and uncomfortable — definitely not the environment you'd expect from a global brand like Tim Hortons.
