Pizza Hut | CP67 Mall Sector 67, Mohali — Restaurant in Punjab

I visited to Pizza Hut today and nowhere I could feel I had a good and hygienic pizza. First of all at the payment counter the card system wasn't there and the cashier was asking me to do the payment only by cash being in a digital world I got to know that he did not charged the system. Second I ordered pizza bbq veg loaded one there was a cringe smell in the veggies as if they have not bothered the smell of mushroom and capsicum. The pasta was paneer pasta was all sour and smelly. Since we paid 1128 we anyhow had to eat. I haven't seen such poor services at any pizza hut outlet being a regular customer. Before leaving I asked the lady to give me the bag so that I can take the remaining food rather than throwing or I keep at the table unbothered. She just packed the lid and gave me and didn't had the courtesy to properly pack it and abruptly said we don't have any carry bags. The lady standing on the side who was preparing pizza and putting veggies was talking on the phone and putting any kind of veggies on the base of pizza without even seeing what exactly she need to put on. It's just seems so unhygienic after seeing putting all hands inside I literally felt like what I am eating and this is how the cooking and pizza items are put on. Plz give proper training to staff on hygiene and plz check the quality of veggies it was so...

I asked for a pizza; first of all they said they don’t have pizza when I asked to which I was shocked then the store manager came to take the order; when I asked him specifically to give me a PIZZA he said we only have large then I told him that’s fine but I need PAN PIZZA ONLY THEN HE SAID YES SURE; I asked for half Margherita and half veggie; he said we don’t do customs but I will do it for you! 15 minutes later here comes a thin crust full veggie pizza

When I asked to speak to the person who took the order he came and refused to accept that I ordered a pan base pizza! And refused to give me any compensation and any resort and when I asked him to please give me a solution and don’t fight with me; he didn’t stop arguing and I said please give me refund or a pan pizza which I asked for he said NO AND then he said you can come tomorrow I will give u pizza but I am hungry today why will I come tomorrow!

Disgusting behavior absolutely!

Neither did I get my pizza...

My friend and I ordered the Mexican pizza, which was advertised to include olives and jalapeños as toppings. However, the pizza we received contained neither ingredient, despite claims from the staff that they were included but minced beyond visibility.

We requested a correction, but the response was inadequate. The few pieces of olives and jalapeños that were added were minuscule and failed to contribute to the flavor of the pizza. Additionally, the beverages we ordered were poorly made.

The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, as they displayed unnecessary tantrums instead of addressing our concerns respectfully.

Given this experience, I cannot recommend Pizza Hut, as the quality of both the food and service fell significantly short of expectations. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer...
