Had a terrible experience at Samosa Junction. Ordered 2 plates of golgappas (₹80), but the server misplaced my slip and refused to serve. When I approached the counter, the person there also refused to issue another slip, basically leaving me with no food despite paying. Their behavior was rude and completely unprofessional. I chose not to eat and didn’t even take my money back out of frustration.

If this is how they treat paying customers, I’d strongly advise against visiting this place. No accountability, no basic courtesy. Avoid...

In case you order online food from this outlet...their services are pathetic as they replace the food in description with the cheap alternatives like aalu, sabzi or chana samosa. We ordered big size pasta, munchurian and chaap samosa and they exchanged the order with small sized pockets of pitty aalu, beans and white channa. On complaining, they disconnected the phone instead of any justification or reason...
