Hace been a customer of Khansama since its opening (maybe 2010). The cost of most of the items has been been doubled since then but its expected. Donner Kebab, Biryani and Chicken Soup are their speciality although the taste of biryani has changed over the course of time. Delivery timings are pathetic as they may take 1hr to deliver a small order over 1 km (Go for Zomato Delivery). Few days back I went to this place.I told them to pack 3 paneer rolls. They took around 30 minutes to prepare the rolls.They don't value the time of customers.Those who ordered after me got their food before me. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE service lacks in this place. The service is so slow man .I am not going to this place again where the customers have to wait for such a long time.Its a feedback to them that they need to fasten their service.Food quality is also ok ok. NO WATER OFFERED !! Biggest put off is the non availability of Mineral Water at this place. You can have various Dining options from starters to main course...BUT YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE BOTTLED WATER if you feel thirsty !! If a customer can spend 400-500/- on a dish...then 20/- water bottle is not an issue BUT it's about offering water is a basic decency we all can expect from a host but I guess owner of this place have some weird opinion of hospitality....
