This is an honest review so 2 stars are the best that I can provide. The quality and taste of cake was remarkable but the only issue I have was the cake delivered was entirely different than the one that I ordered. There was no communication regarding this. Even after asking regarding the status of the order, I wasn’t informed that the cake has been changed. Got in touch with the staff member and then came to know that the original cake was damaged in transit and hence I was provided with a premium version of the cake. I had placed the order for 3 1 kg date and walnut dry cakes on the festival of Rakhi. To my utter dismay, the cakes were stale, and the walnuts were rancid. When I raised the complaint for the same, the bakery told me that they would compensate for it on my next purchase. For my next purchase, they just provided a negligible discount. Unfortunately, a bakery with such a sound reputation is not bothered about maintaining good will in the eyes of its customers. It's less about not providing fair compensation but more about disregarding the interests of the customer. Disappointing...
