I recently had the pleasure of dining at Baba Chicken in Ludhiana, and I must say, their butter chicken and tandoori naan left a lasting impression on my taste buds.

The butter chicken was absolutely divine. The rich and creamy tomato-based gravy was perfectly balanced with a blend of aromatic spices, creating a mouthwatering flavor that was simply irresistible. The tender and succulent pieces of chicken were cooked to perfection, making each bite a delightful experience.

I have never been more interested in putting up a review before. Firstly, I found the restaurant through the videos of the Highway Legends Rocky and Mayur. I took a detour from my journey from Hoshiarpur to Delhi and little did I know that what I saw and heard about the taste of the this place was so little in front of what I was going to taste.

The butter chicken here has to be one of the best infact I'd go ahead and say, if at all, it is just behind the original from Moti Mahal, Daryaganj and belive me being a Delhiite I have tasted butter chicken in almost all forms. It is worth traveling to Ludhiana for. It's gravy is SILKY, it's not spicy and is so succulent I can't put it to words. These people use cream instead of butter in their chicken and it is just heavenly. You have to taste it to know the Legend of the dish that is Baba's Butter Chicken. This dish is a gift to mankind.

The other dish was Fish Fry with Tartar Sauce. It is the perfect starter. Amazingly crispy and the fish used was super tasty. I'd put it up as a must try if you visit the restaurant.

Please keep this place in your itinerary even if you're passing by Ludhiana and not actually...

I would like to thank my friend who moved to Ludhiana, and I went to stay at his place for 1 month. Best 1 month, BECAUSE.

So he also didn't know about this place. We randomly stopped at this place as it was all crowded and was looking nice.

We asked the waiter, what is your best item here?(he must be smirking inside as we were asking Federer, what sports you play the best). He said: BUTTER CHICKEN. And right there my life changed.

I TASTED THE BEST CHICKEN IN MY LIFE. It was smooth, creamy, buttery and what not. The taste was divine. Being a person who likes to try new food items and different places I have found the Kohinoor. Fortunately i stayed in Ludhiana for 1 month and went to eat there for more 5-6 times again. Every time it was magical and the best food experience.
