WHT BLK The Art Coffee House — Restaurant in Punjab

I recently visited WHT BLK The Art Coffee House with friends and ordered a takeaway cold coffee. To my shock and disappointment, I found a mosquito inside my drink. This completely ruined the experience and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwell afterwards.

Such negligence raises serious concerns about the establishment’s public health and safety standards. It is unacceptable for any food or drink outlet to show such disregard for hygiene, putting customers’ health at risk. The quality of the coffee was already very poor, but this incident has left me questioning their entire approach to cleanliness and customer care.

I urge the management to urgently review and improve their hygiene practices to ensure this does not happen to other customers. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values safety and quality.

I find your response baffling and entirely unacceptable. Your statement, "Since this was a takeaway and mosquitoes are unfortunately common outdoors," not only appears dismissive but also demonstrates a troubling lack of accountability and acceptance of a genuine issue.

It defies logic to suggest that a mosquito could casually enter a sealed cup through a tiny straw hole outdoors without any negligence on your part. Rather than acknowledging the issue responsibly, your response seeks to deflect blame, reinforcing my belief that your establishment lacks adequate hygiene standards and customer care practices.

Given your unwillingness to genuinely acknowledge or address this matter responsibly, my decision to avoid recommending your café stands...

This Art Coffee House is the best so far I have ever been to in my entire life. I been to 33 countries all over Europe, North America and Canada. I never tasted this good food anywhere on the planet. I was there today for lunch and I ate Farm Fresh Vegetarian Pizza , Oh boy oh Boy, it was the most delicious pizza I ever ate in my life. I mean it. Please Please try their all types of meals and drinks who ever reading my comment. I used to go to Ludhiana for high end restaurants for my lunch and dinner, since I discorved this WHT BLK The Art Coffee House I been saving time and money by not going to Ludhiana from Jandu Singha. I thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to all the amazing, adorable very kind and courteous employees of WHT BLK Art Coffee House who works there, each and every one of them are so attractive and very friendly to every customer who walk in that Cafe. The owner of this place S Harpreet Singh did an amazing job by having a great team of young enthusiastic employees who greet you with great smile when you walk in there. I love going there every day for coffee , Lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this WHT BLK The Art Coffee House to every one who love to eat the best food on the planet. Visited WHT BLK - ART Coffee House today , such a welcoming n cozy cafe in the heart of Jalandhar City. From the moment I walked in, I could smell the pleasing aroma of freshly grounded coffee beans. The coffee tastes amazing and is very smooth. Really impressed with the quality of the product I received.

The Cinnamon Rolls tastes amazing, a perfect coffee combo. So far the best I have ever tasted. Its so soft & creamy...tastes so good.....Yum!

We thoroughly enjoyed a very delicious and a very satisfying meal. Food ART at its finest!

A memorable place to relax. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here...
