An Average Experience – Some Good, Some Not So Good
My experience here was just okay—nothing too special or memorable. The one thing that caught my eye was the cardboard buildings on the walls, which added a unique decorative element. However, apart from that, there wasn’t much that stood out.
Ambience & Space – Feels Congested
The atmosphere wasn’t very appealing, mainly because the space felt small and congested. The seating arrangement is quite tight, which makes it a bit uncomfortable, especially during busy hours. Adding to the discomfort, the place had a stuffy and somewhat unpleasant smell, which made the overall experience less enjoyable. A fresh and inviting fragrance would definitely improve the vibe here.
Not a Great Choice for Vegetarians
One major downside is that this place is heavily focused on non-vegetarian dishes. If you’re a vegetarian, you might struggle to find good options here. While the menu does include a few vegetarian items, I can’t say for sure if they are completely vegetarian-friendly, which might be a concern for some.
Cleanliness Could Be Better
Another noticeable issue was the lack of proper cleanliness. The place could use better hygiene practices, especially in terms of table cleanliness and overall upkeep. A cleaner environment would definitely enhance the dining experience.
Tea & Pricing – Affordable but Just Okay
The tea here is decent, but nothing extraordinary. Their Ginger Elaichi Tea costs ₹30 for 100ml, which is quite pocket-friendly compared to other tea shops. While it’s not the best tea I’ve had, it’s definitely an affordable option if you’re looking for a quick tea break without spending too much.
Final Verdict – A Budget-Friendly Alternative, But Not the Best Choice
Overall, this place is not the worst, but also not the best. If you’re looking for a cheap tea option, you might consider it as an alternative. However, if you prioritize a clean, spacious, and pleasant environment, this might not be the ideal spot. For vegetarians, this place is definitely not the best choice, given the heavy non-veg focus on the menu.
Would I return? Maybe, but only if I’m looking for a budget-friendly tea break and have no better...
Read moreMy experience was okay okay here, nothing special about the place, just one thing that took my eyes is the cardboard buildings on the walls. The atmosphere was not that much impressive, because you feel like you are in a congested place and also become a little obnoxious because of small sitting and less space, another thing which i don't like is the smell of the place it's all smelly, it should smell nice rather than stinky smell, if you are vegetarian then sorry to say this place is not for you literally. Most of the things on the menu are literally nonveg, well a few items are veg on the menu but I'm not sure if it is pure veg and the major setback is complete cleanliness of the place which is quite missing here. About their tea i have to say it's okay and about their price which is quite pocket friendly, it's cheaper compared to other tea shops for example like their Ginger elachi tea which is 30 rupees for 100ml is quite a good price, so you can have this restaurant as an alternative option for tea. Overall it's not the best tea but not a bad one too ,if you want some pocket friendly tea, u can reach...

When we try to pay their system charging us extra but when i did by calculator it's less. The interior of the restaurant is so dirty and no SOP of hydiene standards were followed in the kitchen. So basically For me MBA chaiwala is no forever now and i hope they improve...
