Absolutely disgusting experience at this restaurant! I ordered a mushroom dish for my elderly mom — it was her very first time trying mushrooms. She started eating it, but when I tried, I was shocked to find the mushrooms were completely rotten. The smell and texture were so bad that I couldn’t even take a single bite. Imagine serving rotten food to customers in a place that calls itself pure veg!

When I complained to the waiter, he straight up admitted it was their fault and apologized, clearly agreeing that the mushrooms were rotten. But shockingly, someone from the management came and started arguing with us, saying “It’s not that rotten.” Like seriously? Even their own staff accepted the mistake, but management still had the audacity to deny it! Instead of being concerned about customers’ health, they tried to argue and cover it up.

This isn’t just bad service — it’s a serious health hazard. Serving spoiled food can make people sick, especially elderly people or children. A restaurant that argues instead of fixing such a dangerous mistake has no shame and no responsibility.

If you care about your health and your family, stay far away from this place. I would never risk coming here again, and I strongly warn others not to either. This was a pathetic and horrifying experience —...

I liked 👍 ♥️ everything about this restaurant . The hotel in which we were staying was not having good lunch and dinner dishes( as per our taste). So we decided to search restaurants nearby. While taking a small walk in the nearby area of Jagannatha Puri Temple we came across this restaurant name board so we decided to give it a try and I am really happy that we decided to go this restaurant than any other restaurant. It turned out to be the best restaurant 😊. Chapathi and paneer butter masala was very tasty( My daughter who won't even eat anything more than one started eating more than one) and it was our usual item to order along with jagannath rabdi. Their customer service is excellent and staffs were polite and helpful. Neatly maintained surroundings . Restaurant atmosphere is really kind of calming 😌. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this restaurant compels me to share. The service was extremely slow and unorganized—we waited nearly an hour for our food, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. When the food finally arrived, the portions were disappointingly small and the quality far below what one would expect given the steep prices. The dishes lacked flavor, and the ingredients did not seem fresh.

What concerned me most, however, was the hygiene. The table was sticky when we arrived, and the cutlery was visibly unclean. Additionally, the staff appeared disinterested and unprofessional, with little regard for basic courtesy or customer satisfaction.

For the price point, the experience was not only underwhelming but deeply frustrating. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously, as this establishment currently falls far short of even basic standards expected from a dining outlet. I would not recommend this...
