Bikaner Namkeen Bhandaar — Restaurant in Rajasthan

I had a very disappointing experience at Bikaner Namkeen Bhandar. The behavior of both the staff and the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of welcoming customers with respect, they act with unnecessary attitude as if they are doing a favor by selling their products.

The staff has no manners at all in how to talk to customers. When I asked simple questions about their items, they responded in a very arrogant and dismissive tone. The owner himself behaved no better—rather than setting an example, he was equally rude and unhelpful.

Good customer service is the basic foundation of any business, but here you will only find arrogance and a lack of respect. No matter how good the namkeen might be, such behavior leaves a very negative impression and makes you never want to return.
