Rangji Temple is dedicated to Lord Ranga, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. It is believed that the temple was commissioned in 1823 by Seth Puran Mal Ganeriwal who was from Hyderabad. The temple of Rangji Ji reflects a mix of Mughal and Rajput architecture. The high-rising Gopuram also reflects South Indian architecture, and adds more charm to the whole temple. This temple contains a principal shrine called the Vaikuntha Venkatesh, and eight other temples dedicated to Goddess Laxmi amongst others deities. Lord Rama, which is one of the incarnations of Lord Vishnu, resides in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. Lord Krishna, Goddamaji and Sri Ramanujacharya are the other shrines present inside the temple complex. The temple houses an image of Garuda, Lord Vishnu's mount and is considered one of the holiest temples of Pushkar. It comprises two big structures of gatekeepers in front of the main gate.

God is Great ! But management and staff is not good ! Even after misbehaving with female devotees temple authorities threatens that they have their own temple and no need to listen anyone and no need to listen common people as they own their temple ! If they own this than why have you make it public ????? This attitude is harmful for the Hinduism and whole hindu society ! See , To protect our religion we need to respect our religion and religious people first, even a common our hindu brother who would be Bhikshuk even ! No temple can help to save religion only your attitude can help ! It’s always better if we treat our Hindus better way ! At least allow them to do DARSHAN at your this temple SAFELY ! If you follow 5% of lord Vishnu’s effort for his own devotee , you can serve Lord Vishnu’s devotee better way ! We don’t come to see management or owners or so called any high profile man at all ! We come for the Darshan of OUR LORD VISHNUJI ! Understand this first ! Jai Shree Ram 🙏🏻😇 From RSS...

The Rangji Temple in Pushkar is a hidden gem that feels like a slice of South India dropped into the heart of Rajasthan. It’s rare to find Dravidian architecture here in the north, with its soaring gopuram (gateway tower) drawing eyes from afar. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu’s avatar, Ranganatha, the temple was constructed in the 19th century by a Hyderabad nobleman, blending southern traditions with Mughal and Rajasthani styles.

The temple’s vivid sculptures, delicate marble pillars, and intricate frescos bring stories to life, making it feel like a journey through myth and history. The sanctum, framed by lush greenery and a serene pond, invites calm reflection and quiet moments. Rangji Temple’s cross-cultural design and tranquil vibe make it an essential stop for travelers in Pushkar, offering an unexpectedly vibrant contrast to the surrounding desert landscape and a beautiful pause in an otherwise bustling...
