Wow ! Very nice chole bhature as compared to anyone in Bikaner. But when you compare it with chole bhature from Delhi, bhaturas in Delhi are more softer than the one you get here. Chole are however nearer to the ones served in Delhi. Would have loved to be little more hygienic though. But it was beyond the control of shop owner as the place is very small. Quality is reduced, bad taste , rude staff and bhatura was filled with oil inside. The man making chole bhature was scratching his armpits before shaping the bhature, and the man serving the chole was so rude, i requested him to serve me puffed bhatura but he gave me an oil drenched broken bhatura which wasn't even puffed properly. I just left the place after paying, and didn't even have a single bite of it.
