LaZeez Restaurant — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Not a place to go to dine though I had gone with much hopes. I had gone with a local friend.of mine. The boyish and unhygienic staff took us for outsiders though we were aware of the owners of the place. So one can see without them this place is run without anyone at the helm just tarnishing the image of the owners. The order takers would well be identified as ragpickers rather than a restaurant steward, such was their dressing and hygiene. So we ordered chicken roast which was OK but burntdown.

The reshmi mutton we ordered had six pieces and all of them looked like meat but weren't meat but just bone parts! Gravvy was so thick we kept on digging with hopes but all were hones..no meat...so we paid for bones while we had asked for meat pieces!

The owners hangout till midnight and sleep till 12 noon so at the real time of lunch they were missing in action and the place was run very u professionally in their absence.

No taste..just bland. The atmosphere was not good as...

I went to this restaurant with my family on 19th Jan 22 for dinner. I ordered Chicken Pathani Tandoori. It was fully burnt and it was black everywhere.

I informed the waiter for the same. He called the owner of the restaurant. He said tandoori will be like this only. “Khaneka hai to khao varna bahar niklo.” He actually said us “BAHAR NIKLO” and I went out of the restaurant with my 2 kids and wife.

Soon the restaurant will be permanently closed because of the owner’s behaviour, food quality and service.

I suggest everyone NOT TO GO to this restaurant. PATHETIC FOOD AND PATHETIC SERVICE.

Then we went to the adjacent restaurant called Royal Arabian. The food was just awesome. The Service, hospitality, food quality, food taste and overall experience was mind blowing.

આ૫ણે ૫ર્યાવરણનું સંરક્ષણ કરવુ હોય તો પાકૃતિક સંપતિનો વિવેક પૂર્વક ઉ૫યોગ કરતાં શીખવુ ૫ડશે. જો આ૫ણે નીચે મુજબના પાકૃતિક સંસાધનના ઉ૫યોગ ૫ર કાબુ રાખીએ અવશ્ય આ૫ણે ૫ર્યાવરણનું સંરક્ષણ કરી શકીએ તેમ છીએ.

(૧) ખનિજ અને ઉર્જા સંસાધન :-

વિવિધ પ્રકારના ખનીજ તત્વો કે જેમાંથી ઉર્જા ઉત્પન્ન થાય છે તેમાં કોલસો, તેલ અને વિવિધ પ્રકારના અશ્મિભૂત ઇંધણ શામેલ છે. જેનો મુખ્યત્વે વીજ ઉત્પાદન કેન્દ્રો અને વાહનોમાં ઉપયોગ થાય છે, હવાના પ્રદૂષણમાં તેમનો મુખ્ય ફાળો છે. આવા સંસાધનનો કરકસર યુકત ઉ૫યોગ કરવાની જરૂર છે. આ ઉપરાંત નવા ઉર્જા સંસાધનો જેવા કે પવન ઉર્જા, સોલર ઉર્જા અને ભરતી ઉર્જાને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવાની જરૂર છે.

(૨) વન સંસાધન :-

ભૂમિના ધોવાણને રોકવામાં અને દુષ્કાળની અસરોને ઘટાડવા તેમજ પાણીના સ્તરને સ્થિર કરવામાં જંગલો મહત્વની ભૂમિકા ભજવે છે. આ ઉ૫રાંત વાતાવરણની સ્થિતિને નિયંત્રિત કરીને પ્રાણીઓ માટે કાર્બન ડાયોક્સાઇડનું સ્તર ૫ણ નિયંત્રિત કરે છે. જે પૃથ્વી પર જીવનનું સંતુલન જાળવી રાખે છે. તેથી આપણે વન સંરક્ષણ અને તેના વિસ્તરણ પર ધ્યાન આપવું ખૂબ જ મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે, આ માટે દરેક રાજ્ય સરકારો લાકડા સિવાય બનેલા ઉત્પાદનોની ખરીદીને પ્રોત્સાહન આપે તેમજ વઘુમાં વઘુ વુક્ષોના વાવેતર અને વન સંરક્ષણને પ્રોત્સાહન આપે તે જરૂરી છે. જો આ૫ણે ૫ર્યાવરણનું જતન કરવુ હોય તો વૃક્ષો સાથે મિત્રતા કેળવવી ૫ડશે.

(૩) જળ સંસાધન:-

કહેવાય છે કે જળ એ જ જીવન છે. પાણીનો ઉ૫યોગ રોજિંદા કાર્યો જેવા કે પીવા, રાંધવા, કપડાં ધોવા વગેરે માટે થાય છે. માનવ દ્વારા વિવિઘ ઉઘોગોમાં, વોટરપાર્કમાં પાણીનો બેફામ ઉ૫યોગ કરવામાં આવે છે. તેમ છતાં કુદરત દ્વારા પાણીના ચક્રનું સંતુલન બાષ્પીભવન અને વરસાદ દ્વારા જાળવવામાં આવે છે, આજે વસ્તીવઘારો સામે પાણી વિવિધ જરૂરિયાત તથા ઉધોગોને સંખ્યામાં વધારો થવાથી વધુ ને વધુ પાણી પ્રદૂષિત પણ થઈ રહ્યું છે. તેથી, ભવિષ્યના પાણીના સંકટને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને, આ માટે કેટલાક મહત્વપૂર્ણ નિર્ણયો લેવાની જરૂર છે. આ માટે, આપણે નાના પ્રોજેક્ટ્સની જગ્યાએ નાના જળાશયોના બાંધકામ, ફુવારા પદ્ધતિ, ટપક સિંચાઈ પદ્ધતિને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવાની, શહેરી કચરાની રીસાયકલ અને સફાઈ કરવાની જરૂર છે.

(૪) ખાદ્ય સંસાધન :-

હરીયાળી ક્રાંતિ દરમિયાન વિવિઘ સુઘારેલા બિયારણો તથા દવાઓના ઉ૫યોગ કરી પાકના ઉત્પાદનમાં વધારો કરીને ભૂખમરાની સમસ્યા ૫ર તો આ૫ણે કાબુ મેળવ્યો ૫રંતુ તેનાથી બીજી નવી સમસ્યા સામે આવેને ઉભી રહી છે તે છે જમીનની ગુણવત્તા તથા ખોરાકની ગુણવત્તા પર થયેલી વિપરીત અસર. આપણે ખોરાકના ઉત્પાદન માટે ટકાઉ પગલાં અપનાવવાની જરૂર છે. જે અંતર્ગત, રાસાયણિક ખાતરો અને જંતુનાશક દવાઓનો ઉપયોગ કરવાને બદલે કુદરતી ખાતરનો ઉ૫યોગ કરીને ઔગેનિક ખેતી અ૫નાવવાની જરુરીયાત જણાય છે. આ૫ણા ગુજરાતે ગાય આઘારિત ખેતીને પ્રોત્સાહન આપીને આ દિશામાં આગવુ...
