Despite providing all necessary proofs and documentation, they refused to refund our money, which was a clear breach of trust and promise. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the business practices of the owner.

On a separate note, I must mention that the cake itself was delicious and tasted good. The quality of the product was satisfactory, and I was initially looking forward to a pleasant experience. However, the poor service and unprofessional behavior of the owner completely overshadowed the positive experience of enjoying the cake. The owner's behavior was not only disappointing but also left a sour taste, making the overall experience quite unpleasant.

I hope that the owner will take our feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve their customer service and business practices. This includes providing clear and transparent refund policies, training staff to handle customer complaints in a professional manner, and ensuring that customers are treated with respect and fairness. I ordered a cake for a baby shower event. Initially she agreed upon a design and promised to make the exact replica of the picture and then the result was pathetic, everyone in the party was wondering that who has prepared such a disgusting cake.
