When I reached Sukhadia Circle in the evening, it felt like the city had come alive. The stunning three-tiered white marble fountain sits in the center of a pond, surrounded by a pedestrian zone lined with dozens of food stalls. Boat rides, camel and horse rides, and a kids’ play area add to the festive atmosphere.

The variety is tempting: pav bhaji, pani puri, kachori, vada pav, masala dosa, pizzas, potato twisters, falooda, and local rabri desserts. I tried the pav bhaji and potato twister—crispy, flavorful, and fresh. Some regulars rave about certain rabdi stalls for sitaphal rabri and kesar versions which are equally popular.

However, it’s not perfect. A few reviewers and locals have noted inconsistencies in hygiene and food flavor. A couple of times I found the Chinese-style dosas or cold coffee to be bland or underwhelming, especially compared to older memories of the place. I don't know why but the food quality is getting pathetic year on year... 1st of all u have only fast food type option here and secondly all food quality and taste is below average. We ordered chinese triple Schezwan rice, rawa masala dosa and cold coffee.. All tasted below average. The worst chinese and on top of that cold and rubber like manchurian balls..we complained the person...fell on deaf years...NO sorry no change of food. Take it or leave it policy but make payment. That circle itself was famous for food before 5-6 years ..but now it might get famous with food poisoning.. Cold coffe was bitter... topping of local cheap vegetable oil ice creams jus like topping of health issues.. Plz avoid food here. U can roam here, do boating, drink sugar cane juice, lemon juice.
