I recently visited Xero Degree, and I must say, it left quite an impression. The cafe boasts an exquisite blend of flavors in their food that truly tantalizes the taste buds. From their rich coffee to delectable pastries, every item on the menu is a culinary delight.
The interior of Xero Degree is a visual treat. The ambiance is beautifully designed with a modern and chic aesthetic that's both cozy and Instagram-worthy. The combination of stylish furniture and warm lighting creates a welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a casual get-together or even some quiet alone time.
However, it's worth noting that the rates at Xero Degree can lean towards the higher side. While the quality of food and ambiance justifies the cost to a certain extent, it may not be an everyday spot for those on a tight budget. Nonetheless, the experience is worth the occasional splurge, especially if you appreciate good food and a pleasant atmosphere.
In summary, Xero Degree is a cafe that excels in taste and aesthetics but may not be the most budget-friendly option. If you're looking for a special treat or a place to unwind in style, Xero Degree is definitely...
Read moreI went with a friend and ordered banoffee waffles, the waiter suggested that we add on ice cream but we told him we didn't want to. A little while after we placed our order, another personnel came to us saying (way too rudely) that we MUST add ice-cream to our waffle. When we still refused, the guy told us, if so, we had to change our order. So, unwillingly we ordered different flavoured waffles. But when our order arrived, it was banoffee waffles. With two ice-cream scoops.
Shocked as we were, when we asked the guy about it, he said the order had already been prepared so they did not change it. I mean, that's fine, we wanted to have the banoffee flavoured ones anyway. BUT NOT WITH ICE CREAM.
Was it really so difficult to not serve something we did not want?? Please, dear xero degrees, if a customer says they do not want to have ice-cream, it means THEY DO NOT WANT TO HAVE ICE CREAM. I do not get why WE had to remove those 2 scoops ourselves, when it could have just been NOT served. What a...
Read moreI don't want to defame the restaurant the ambience is beautiful and the food is good as well but the service which hurt me the most. When we first entered the restaurant the one of the staff member told us that you can cut the birthday cake but you can't eat that. I mean are you guys serious?? What kind of restrictions/rule is this. Second thing they forced us to order certain food and even if we say that we don't want that they still recommend us the things which we don't want at that moment which was very irritating. And when we were clicking pictures he told us to not move the chair as the sitting arrangement will be changed and the furniture may damage. I don't know about the others but my experience wasn't good. Will never recommend this kind of place to anyone where the services aren't good. Advice- treat your guests nicely, improve your service otherwise it's a good...
