I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that the management takes serious action to improve their service. The most glaring issue was the shockingly rude and arrogant behavior of one particular staff member, possibly the manager or a waiter. This individual’s attitude was completely unacceptable, showing no regard for basic decency or hospitality. As a guest, I felt disrespected and unwelcome, which is the exact opposite of what one expects from a restaurant claiming to offer a pleasant dining experience. Additionally, the staff as a whole appeared indifferent and untrained, with no knowledge of the menu and no interest in providing helpful suggestions. Their lack of professionalism was glaringly obvious and only added to the dismal atmosphere. The food did not help redeem the experience either. The chili chicken was dry, tasteless, and far below the standard one would expect. The noodles were sloppily prepared and tasted no better than something hastily made by an inattentive street vendor. All in all, the combination of terrible food and an appallingly rude staff made this visit one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. When someone takes their family out, they expect decent treatment and a warm welcome, but because of people like him, issues can start right at the table.
