I currently face deep disappointment with the food service during our recent Kitty party at your establishment. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues that significantly impacted our enjoyment and satisfaction.

Firstly, the food service was extremely poor, with significant delays in receiving our orders. Many items were not served at our table, leaving us feeling neglected and unsatisfied. Despite repeated requests for food, the delays persisted, and some of our requests were even ignored.

Furthermore, we experienced discomfort due to the malfunctioning air conditioning at our table. The lack of proper ventilation made the dining experience unpleasant and affected our overall enjoyment of the occasion.

To add to our dissatisfaction, the buffet lunch was not served until 1.50pm, which is considerably late considering the scheduled time for our event. This delay disrupted our plans and left us feeling frustrated and hungry.

As customers, we expected a higher level of service and attention to detail. The issues we encountered during our Kitty party were not only inconvenient but also reflected poorly on the reputation of Barbeque Company. We believe that such shortcomings should be addressed promptly to ensure the satisfaction of future customers.

The Barbeque Company can be a food lover's paradise. They've got a bunch of yummy starters - both veg and non-veg. I loved the Chicken Tangari and Chicken Tikka personally. They even had Chicken Pizza and Pasta. Apart from this, they served Fish tikka, Prawns, Mutton seekh, chicken pizza in the non-veg section and Paneer Tikka, Tandoori pineapple, veg kabab, papadi chaat, crispy corns and pasta as a staters.

The drinks were great too. Moving to the main course, they had fish, chicken, and mutton dishes. The Chicken Biryani and Dal stood out the most.. For Chinese food, they had Manchurian and noodles. They had 2 types of soups as well. I tried chicken lemon coriander soup which was not at all tasty.

Veggies had lots of choices like Dal Makhni, Bhindi Masala, Mix Veg, Kadai Paneer, Kadi Pakoda, and Dal Fry.

Dessert was simple but tasty - I tried their Gulab Jamun. They also had live counters making Papdi Chaat and Palak Patta Chaat. They have variety of cakes, puddings, ice creams etc as well.

One thing, though - it was super crowded, and they were running low on bowls and plates during the main course. But the service for starters was really quick.

Booked though Zomato for 8:00pm slot, upon arrival they mentioned they have two slots 6:30pm-9:15pm & 9:00pm-11:30pm so even if we enter by 8pm, we need to leave by 9:15pm. When asked why this isn’t listed on Zomato, they said it’s not their issue as it’s handled by easy diner. Luckily we had reached by 7:30 so we had enough time to eat but by 9pm they kept coming to take away our plates.

Food: • Fish n mutton in starters & chicken momos tasted good. Everything else was mediocre. • Chicken tasted stale in chilli wings. • Biryani rice seemed old rice. In my spouse’s words - ‘Biryani mein jaan missing hai’

Atmosphere: was okay. Good interiors and clean.

Service It was okay the waiters were sweet but there were too many things. For the first time I listed the pointers for review while dining. • Upon being seated, within 10min 4 people constantly kept coming and asking us to order something to drink which isn’t part of the buffet. • Meanhile, one of them opened sealed bottle of mineral water and poured it into glasses without asking if we want RO Water or Packaged water. But when confronted, they did not add it on the bill later.
