Absolutely horrendous experience at Kreamz Mahamayatala. I went in with the intention to support a local dessert place, but walked out thoroughly disappointed—and honestly, a little humiliated.

Let’s talk about the staff. One in particular (you know who you are) decided to act like she was starring in some kind of low-budget reality show. While I was patiently waiting to pay for my items, she was too busy exchanging weird, smug glances with her co-worker and holding my muffin like it was some kind of prop. The level of unprofessionalism was beyond cringe.

After a good minute of playing "Barbie & Friends Behind the Counter," she finally remembered her actual job and casually informed me of the bill like I was inconveniencing her by existing. The passive-aggressive attitude was crystal clear—and let me tell you, making a paying customer feel uncomfortable, judged, or unwelcome is not just bad service, it’s pathetic.

If you're hiring staff who bring in their personal egos and treat customers like they're on trial, you really need to reconsider your hiring decisions. Places like this survive on customer experience—and with people like her representing your brand, I’d be surprised if this place lasts the year.
