The WORST place in Rishikesh, please DO NOT Visit this place, it's pathetic and really unprofessional staff. We visited this place in the evening just to have a quick snack to go, we ordered a Paneer Roll, when I went to pick up my order i asked the guy for a disposable plate he said they don't provide, ohk understood, then I asked him can you please cut it in half so that we both can have it he told me " मेरा धंधा खराब मत करो सब लोग मांगने लगेंगे" with a very harsh tone, i went to the lady Cashier who took the payment from us and told asked her the same can you please cut it in half we are two people She replied with a very unprofessional and rude tone" भईया आप को अगर काट के दिया तो आप गिरा दोगे सॉस और फिर हमसे, अगर आपको आधा ही करना है तो एक और लेलो" , i mean seriously? Simple street food selling at a premium price and denying even to cut it in half? Again a customer service and behaviour is a luxury, these kind places in a Prime location should educate and train the staff like these the basic human manners at least, how to talk even, the cashier lady was manner less, she was shouting at us like we are there for free, it was so disgusting that we had to leave that Roll there and we left the So...

I recently visited this food outlet while visiting Triveni Ghat, and I must say it was the most disappointing dining experience I've had in a long time. The service I encountered was nothing short of pathetic. It was evident that the staff lacked basic customer service skills, and their attitude towards customers left a lot to be desired.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff didn't know how to communicate with customers, let alone serve them. Their rudeness and indifference were truly disheartening. A place that operates in the customer service industry should prioritize making patrons feel welcome and valued, but this outlet fell far short of that standard.

Mr. Khurana owns and runs this place all by himself. The place doesn't have a single waiter or a cashier. He's the one man army from taking order to final payment. The man runs this place out of his passion for cooking. Now about the place Very reasonable prices Quality food options restricted to burger sandwiches and pizza. Quite fast service.
