Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Rohini

During my recent visit to Cafe Coffee Day in Prashanth Vihar, Delhi, my companions and I were unfortunately denied service by the staff. Despite our willingness to order and enjoy our coffee, we were turned away, which was disheartening.

As a regular customer who appreciates the quality of products and service at Cafe Coffee Day, this experience was unexpected and left a negative impression. I hope that the management addresses such incidents promptly to maintain the reputation of the establishment.

Today, i visited ccd prashant vihar, it was my worst experience and waste of money, the food was very bad. I ordered peanut butter banana [ flavoured frappe ] and some red berry shake iguess and one paneer double decker sandwich. All i want to say that food was not good as expected , there service is also very bad [ there is one female on the counter and she was on the phone , at first she ask me yes sir what’s your order then randomly starts talking on phone , she didn’t give me the bill also , when i ask in the end after that she provide me. Whenever we come here for sizzle dizzle brownie, staff at this place create different issues like temprature is not fine, brownie is not available etc while serving the product. Either get your staff interested in serving the product or remove the product from your menu. We have come here today i.e. 24th sep 24 at 9:30 pm.
